How do I log into a desk phone with my extension?

Log into your voice mail (press the "voice mail" button or dial 8255 and follow the prompts)
Press "7" for mailbox options
Press "3" to reassign extension
Press "1" to assign extension to the phone from which you are accessing the voice mail menu
*Press "2" to revert the extension back to the previous phone or repeat these steps at the previous phone to reassign your extension back to it.
