How to sign in and out of your LBC Zoom account

Any time that you are required to use Zoom while at LBC,


you will need to sign in to Zoom using your 


LBC email address and password


rather than your personal email address and password.

LBC Zoom Accounts use the Microsoft SSO authentication system, which means that you may need to take a few additional steps to access your LBC Zoom account. Depending on where you are signing in from, you may need to sign out of 1 or both locations for zoom.

 

Signing out of zoom in a web browser (For issues with Canvas and Zoom)

  • Open a web browser and navigate to zoom.us. If you are signed in, there will be a "My Account" button in the top right of the screen. Click on My AccountThen Click on the person icon or picture in the top right.
  • Then click "Sign Out"
  • You are now signed out of your zoom account.
  • Please sign into your LBC zoom account by going to lbc.zoom.us


Signing out of Zoom on pc/mac (For issues with joining meetings)

  1. While in the application on a desktop computer or laptop, click on your profile in the top right corner of the app



  2. Click Sign Out




Signing into Zoom on pc/mac

  1. Launch the Zoom app on your computer if it is not already running

  2. Click Sign In



  3. Click Sign In with SSO



  4. Enter lbc for the company domain then click Continue

       
  5. Your default web browser will launch or a new tab will be opened in it if it’s already running. If you are presented with a Microsoft sign in screen. Sign in with your LBC Email and your LBC Password
  6. A popup should appear that asks to Open Zoom Meetings, click Open Zoom Meetings



You should now be connected to Zoom.


Signing out of Zoom on mobile phones

  1. In the Zoom app, click settings



  2. Click on your name/profile


     
  3. At the bottom of the profile screen, click Sign Out



Signing into Zoom on mobile phones

  1. Focus the Zoom app and click Sign In



  2. Click SSO in the bottom left


  3. Enter lbc where it asks for company domain



  4. Click login with SSO



  5. If you are already signed into your LBC email account on your phone, click your account, if not you may be prompted to sign into your LBC Microsoft Email account, do so with your LBC email address and password
