We have experienced a few issues with printing PDF documents out of Microsoft Edge to the printers at the Lancaster location.  If the PDF is not opening in Adobe Reader automatically, please use the following instructions to set the Adobe Reader DC program as the default program for PDF documents:

  1. Open your start menu and search for "default apps."

  2. Choose "Set defaults by app"

  3. Select "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" (or Acrobat Pro if you have it installed) and click "Manage"

  4. Mae sure that ".pdf is set to the "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" (or Adobe Acrobat Pro if you have it installed)
  5. You may now close the settings window and reopen the PDF document.  Please contact the Help Desk iat help@lbc.edu if the printers are still not receiving your PDF documents.
