How to Manually Log Out of CampusNexus

When CampusNexus is opened, your workstation is connected to one of a number of servers, which is chosen at random. Sometimes, when the server you are connected to fails, you will experience problems (frozen screen, reports not running correctly, etc.) When these problems occur, manually logging out and logging back in again has a good chance of fixing the issue. 


Here are the steps for manually logging out of CampusNexus:


1) Click the up arrow in your taskbar.




2) Right-Click on the Citrix Workspace logo.


3) Click "Connection Center".



4) Select "Log Off".





5) In the new window, select "Yes".




6) In the blue window, select "Sign out anyway".



5) Re-open Nexus Student.


The problem should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing the issue, repeat the above steps until resolved.
