***Please ensure you are connected to the VPN before continuing***
- Open the Mitel Client Connect Client
- Click on the phone symbol next to your name
- Make sure default audio device is selected.
- Click on the dash symbol to close console
***When you are done, if you are returning to a Desk Phone, please change the settings from Softphone to Desk Phone***
