How to use your Mitel Softphone

***Please ensure you are connected to the VPN before continuing***

  1. Open the Mitel Client Connect Client
  2. Click on the phone symbol next to your name
  3. Make sure default audio device is selected.
  4. Click on the dash symbol to close console

***When you are done, if you are returning to a Desk Phone, please change the settings from Softphone to Desk Phone***
