Modified on Mon, 07 Mar 2022 at 11:58 AM

The Outlook desktop client allows you personalize your emails with a custom email signature. Creating one is fairly straightforward, and can be accomplished by following the steps below.

1) Open your outlook client (not the web app) and under the 'Home' tab, select 'New Email'.

2) In the window that appears, click 'Signature' and in the drop-down menu, click 'Signatures...'

3) In the new window, select 'New'

4) Create a name for your new signature and click 'OK'

5) Once you're back at the previous window, you may create your new signature in the field provided.

Please note that you will need to assign your signature to your different email types using the drop-down fields in the top right.

You may copy/paste the template below for your use.
