Department Files and Folders

Modified on Tue, 09 Aug 2022 at 10:01 AM

Department files and folders are found under your “This PC” when you open the windows files explorer. The F: network drive is for department shared files and the P: network drive is used for your LBC personal files. Only you as the user have access to the P: network drive.

Department folders or network drives are found under the windows explorer icon Icon

Description automatically generated located at the bottom of your pc after you log in. Once open, you will need to expand the “This PC” using the carrot next to it.

Next, you will open the data drive F: (Department Folders) or  your username P: (Personal Folder). If you expand the F drive, you will see the department folders located inside of the ShareGrp folder. Please find your department folder to see your internal documents. If you only see a public folder inside of your department folder, email the helpdesk at help@lbc.edu.
