Zoom permission errors usually are caused by being signed into the wrong zoom account If you are seeing a message regarding permissions and zoom, you will need to make sure you are signed into your LBC zoom account and not a personal account. 
To verify that you are signed in as your LBC zoom account, please follow the instructions below.
- login to lbc.zoom.us
- Click on the person in the top right of the website and click sign out.
Sign back into lbc.zoom.us using your LBC email address and Password
Open the recording link in canvas to see the zoom recording
