How to access Blackbaud’s WebPurchasing (formerly EdgeWeb)

• Browse to Employee Portal (https://employees.lbc.edu/) and click on Web Purchasing (PO System)
• Log into your account using:
  • User Name: First Last (full name with a space between names)
  • Click ‘Forgot your password’. Reset email can take up to 15 minutes to be received. 
  • Follow the prompts in the email to set your password.
• Click Continue to proceed to the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) setup

On your Mobile Device:

• Open the Microsoft Authenticator app.  It will show in your app list as Authenticator and the icon looks like this:
  • If you’ve not yet downloaded Microsoft Authenticator, please download it from Google Play or the App Store based on your mobile device.  You will need to install it before proceeding to the next step.
  • In the Lower Right corner of the app, tap on ‘Verified IDs’.
  • Then tap ‘Scan a QR code’ and scan the code on your computer with your camera.
• After the WebPurchasing authenticator has been added to your list (you may need to tap back on the Authenticator Home button to see the list), you can tap it to get a 6-digit code. 

• Click Continue (if you have not already done so) and enter the 6-digit code when prompted then click Verify. Note: the 6-digit code will refresh every 30 seconds
• You should now see the WebPurchasing Home screen that looks similar to this.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• First-time users should click “My Account” and verify their email address as well as notification preferences (we recommend leaving the first box unchecked) and their default approval rule.  (If you don’t see your approval rule, contact the Business Office)
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Approvers of requisitions must also manage their Out-of-Office rules when leaving for vacation.  This will allow for a delegate to approve or reject requisitions in their absence. 
• Click “Update My Account”
