How do I set or update my LBC extension voice mail greeting?

To Record and Change Your Voice Mail Greeting

1. Press the Voice Mail function key
2. When you hear the audio prompt to enter your password, enter your phone/voicemail PIN followed by the # key
3. Press 4 in the main voicemail menu
   • Press 2 to record your name
4. You can do the following actions after recording your name:
   • Press 1 to listen to your recorded personal greeting or name
   • Press 2 to re-record your personal greeting or name, then use the following options:
     1. Press 1 to listen to your re-recorded personal greeting or name
     2. Press 2 to record your personal greeting or name again
     3. Press 3 to save the last recording

Press 9 to return to the main menu at any time
