Windows 10/11 has a built in ability save any document to a PDF file. Here's how.
1) Navigate to the print dialog as you normally would for your program.
2) Where you would select your printer, select "Microsoft Print to PDF"
3) Click Print
4) In the next window, Select where you would like to save your file as you normally would.
5) Click "Save".
